Elee Dammous serves as Of-Counsel to our firm, specializing in employment law, bankruptcy, and appellate law. With years of hands-on business experience, he brings a unique perspective to his legal practice. As the owner and operator of multiple businesses, he witnessed firsthand the disconnect between attorneys and business owners, which inspired him to pursue a career in law. Managing small to medium-sized businesses comes with unique challenges, and navigating legal issues can make it even more complex. With experience on both sides—as a business owner and employer—Mr. Dammous has a deep understanding of the legal landscape entrepreneurs face.

He earned his B.A. and M.B.A. with honors before gaining real-world experience by launching and running his own businesses. After several years in the business world, he pursued his J.D., graduating with honors.

Elee is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
